• Timeframe of expected delivery of the project to be agreed before commencement of any work. If the project is expected to be delivered in multiple stages, only agreement of the next stage is required.
• Agreed business and technical specification of the project.
• A statement that you or the organisaton that you represent meets my ethical policy.

Ethics

I reserve the right to terminate our working relationship at any time if any of following applies to you or the organisation that you represent:

• Advocates discrimination on any grounds or incitement to hatred.
• Has an established connection with the weapons industry in any country.
• Do not meet ILO basic labour standards.
• Your core business activity over-exploits and causes unnecessary damage to the environment.
